Chromebook Repair

 
Hybrid Students:
 
- Please fill out this repair form if possible on your Chromebook. If you can not use your Chromebook, please notify your teacher and have them fill out this form when possible:
 
 
- Once completed, please take your Chromebook to the library where this will be stored for repair and you will be given a loaner Chromebook if one is available. 
 
- Once the repair is completed, you will be notified to return the loaner Chromebook if applicable and where to collect the repaired Chromebook (usually the library). 
 
Digital Learning Students:
 
- Please fill out this repair form if possible on your Chromebook. If you can not use your Chromebook, please notify the front desk that you were unable to fill out this form and they will fill this out for you:
 
 
- Please return the broken Chromebook to the front office. The front office will then contact the library and give the student a loaner Chromebook if one is available. 
 
- Once the repair is completed, you will be notified to return the loaner Chromebook if applicable and where to collect the repaired Chromebook.
