If you reside within the Mount Pleasant Area School District and have a child who will be five (5) years old by September 1st, you can register him/her for Kindergarten. You will need to:
1. Print and complete the forms below. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact the Building Secretary. The Building Secretary can schedule a date/time to pick up a packet.

2. Drop off the completed registration packet to the Building Secretary at the building your child will be attending. In addition to the packet, you will also need to provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, two (2) proofs of residency as well as all current state mandated immunizations.
2. A School Counselor will contact you. Once you have submitted the required documents, a School Counselor will review the information and then call you to go over everything and answer any questions you might have.
