Sunscreen is a FDA regulated cream and by law, schools need to have a medical order and written parental consent to apply! Please plan ahead for any outdoor activities students may have such as outdoor recess, outdoor gym and carnival days!  If you want your child to have sunscreen for these activities, please complete the parent portion of the Medication Consent Form.  Send in the sunscreen, along with the completed consent, with your child and have him/her stop at the nurse’s office to have it stored and applied there!
