    SPECIAL EDUCATION SECRETARY

    Permanent fulltime position in the Administration Office; this position is part of the Secretarial Agreement.  Experience as support and resource person for the Special Education Program, ACCESS process and outside placement tracking preferred.  Other aspects of the position include, but are not limited to, knowledge of software programs, general correspondence, filing, greeting visitors, answering main switchboard calls and interacting with diverse populations.  

     

    PART-TIME BUILDING AIDE

    Part-time position in the Administration Office at a rate of $11.00 per hour.  Hours not to exceed 25 per week.  Knowledge of accounts payable; accounting procedures; accounting software; invoices and checks; purchase orders preferred.  Other aspects of the position include answering main switchboard calls, greeting visitors and other duties as assigned.
