Physical Exams

Physical exams are required by state law in grades 1-6-11. You may have your child examined by the school doctor or by your family doctor. The form is sent home with the last report card to make it easier for summer appointments to be made.

Dr. DeSai does the physical exams for Norvelt and Rumbaugh Elementary Schools.
